This blog post will not be about choosing the right diet or which fitness program is the right one for you. Its purpose is solely to help you shift your mind and show you how to use the Law of Attraction to support the whole process.


I believe that the mind and your thoughts are at least as important for weight loss as the diet and the fitness program. The Law of Attraction techniques is an additional tool to speed up the whole process and keep you motivated.

2. Weight loss and the Law of Attraction

I am a woman, and I can´t lie – my weight and how my body looks is something very important to me. And even for the men out there – we all pay attention to it. For me, I know that my looks have such a great effect on my performance.


On the days when I am beautiful when my hair looks nice and I wear nice clothing – I feel so motivated and full of energy and confidence. I guess everybody will understand that our looks are deeply connected with our performance and motivation for work.


So, losing weight for me is a way to get back that feeling of being confident and strong enough to never give up until I get what I aim for.

3.Lose weight with law of attraction meditation for weight loss

In order to actually lose weight with or without the Law of Attraction, you need to clear out why you want to do it. What will change for the better in your life once you achieve your goal of losing weight?


  • You will feel better about yourself.
  • You will go out with a friend more often.
  • You will finally have a partner.
  • You will fit into that dress you used to wear five years ago.
  • You will be more active and live a healthier life.


Find out your WHY. Your WHY should be loaded with positivity and should make you feel good.

Once you have it, write it down – you will need it for the weight loss meditation.

You should do this Law of Attraction meditation for weight loss every day for 5 -10 minutes.

Find a quiet place and just sit or lay down on a bed. Close your eyes and relax.

Start by observing your breath and try to get rid of all of the distracting thoughts.

Then start to imagine yourself as if you have already lost the weight you want. See yourself looking amazing and feeling strong and confident. Feel how happy and proud you are!

Then think about your end goal after you get your desired weight.

See yourself wearing that dress or holding hands with your new partner. Let yourself feel positive emotions. Smile and enjoy this moment.

Do it again and again.

You can do this meditation for weight loss in the morning while you are still in bed or before going to sleep at night. The more often you do it – the better. But be consistent and do it every day.

4.Get rid of the negative feelings

Most of the time, losing weight is related to negative emotions because it is hard to stick to the diet or training program. Try to turn the whole process into a fun game.

Every time you have a negative thought related to the weight loss process or the way your body looks, I want you to say the exact opposite thing.

For example:

If you just said:

  • I don´t feel like going to the gym today.
  • I feel so weak and tired.
  • I still don´t see any progress.
  • This food tastes awful.
  • I can´t do this anymore – I quit.


After the negative thought, immediately say the opposite out loud:

  • I am going to the gym today, and I will have the best training session so far.
  • I feel great and strong.
  • I am progressing every day.

This food is making my body strong and keeps me healthy.

  • I am very motivated and will achieve my goals.



Then you just repeat this sentence a few times. Do it with confidence, feel the power of these positive words! That is how you are reprogramming yourself and are getting rid of the negative thoughts. Set yourself up for success by making your subconscious mind believe that you can.

Additionally, I want you to always say positive things to yourself. Make yourself compliments about your body and your progress. By doing this intentionally, you force your mind to believe it.

You will notice that just by changing the way you think and speak will have a big effect on how you behave. Try it out – it works.

5.Lose weight using a vision board for weight loss

We tend to compare ourselves to other people and then feel bad about the way we look at the moment. I want you to understand that we are all different people with different background, and it is just impossible to compare ourselves with others.


What I want to ask you to do is slightly different.

I want you to use other people´s success as a motivator! I want you to see what other people have done right and learn from them.

They are proof that it is possible.

There are thousands of stories of people who have lost weight and completely transformed their lives. You can do it too – just believe in it and take action!

What often motivates me is going on different social media platforms like Instagram or Pinterest and just looking at pictures of people that I find attractive and beautiful. I get so inspired because I imagine myself looking like that. I like to save these images and go through them from time to time if I feel like I need some motivation to go to the gym or stick to my diet.

This gets me in the right mood, and it‘s much more likely I won‘t binge. It is like a little reminder to myself – it reminds me of my goals if I tend to get distracted.

You should do the same.

Collect pictures of people that inspire you and save them on your phone er even better – print them out. You can add old pictures of yourself from past times when you used to look better. Look at these pictures regularly and see yourself already looking like that.

How does it feel like? Does it make you smile often? Are you more active? Do you have more energy?
